Gwen Neely began her own venture opening Biscuits and Berries Catering in 1991. As it be said, from a grassroots beginning and a total investment of $7,000, Ms. Neely's focus on providing outstanding customer service led the company to grow and set the movement toward obtaining many accolades to come, including Emerging Business of the Year after just five years in business. Learning from a very young age to stretch every dollar (and quarter!), she set forth to build a company with these same principles, which is: Being able to offer our clients the best product and service possible of their own dollars.
