Live Action Stations
CHEF ROLLED SUSHI STATION
Choose three from the following: dragon rolls, california roll, house cures salmon roll, tempura shrimp or vegetable roll, spicy tuna roll, avocado rolls or seared tenderloin rolls, all prepared live in front of your guests by our expert chefs and served with wasabi, ginger, and ponzu.
THE SAKURA STATION
Chefs prepare an assortment of dim sum classics, Vietnamese egg rolls, pork or vegetarian gyoza, crab rangoons, and chicken or tofu lettuce wraps. Served with peanut sauce, clear sauce, Chinese relish, and plum sauce. Complete with fortune cookies and chopsticks.
GOURMET FRENCH FRY STAND
Belgian style french fries prepared to order are presented in paper cones, served with an assortment to include, garlic aioli, romesco sauce, spicy ketchup, white cheddar, bacon, and green chili.THE ULTIMATE PASTA BOWL
Guests are greeted by uniformed chefs at this interactive station and select from the following:
Pasta (2) farfalle, penne, ditalini, linguini, tagliatelle, or orecchitte
Sauces (2) Bolognese, pesto cream, roasted garlic alftedo, spicy marinara, or carbonara
Add in's (8), mushrooms, bacon, peas, grilled chicken, meatballs, Italian sausage, pesto, diced onion, asparagus, tofu, roasted red peppers, and spinach.
Accompanied with Italian breadsticks, chili flakes and grated Parmesan.
MAC N' CHEESE PLEASE
This Macaroni and Cheese Station allows guests to recreate their childhood favorite! Macaroni is Chef tossed for guests with their choice of the following delicious ingredients: Bacon, peas, chicken, pesto, mini hot dogs, jalapenos, and roasted red peppers, served in our aged cheddar sauce with cheesy garlic bread.
HOT STONE MASHED POTATO STATION
Just like the ice cream store except with creamy mashed potatoes! Guests begin with a difficult choice between Yukon Gold Mashers, or Sweet mashed Potatoes. The selection of toppings include bacon, caramelized onion, cheddar, sour cream, green onion, butter, and brown sugar; all mixed to order and served in a martini glass.
THE TACO TRUCK
Live Action station where chefs prepare authentic Mexican street tacos! Guests choose from carne adovada (marinated pork), carne asada (marinated steak) or pollo molido (diced chicken), all made to order and served on a corn or flour tortilla with your choice of the following toppings, cilantro, onion, queso fresco, lime, chipotle salsa, citrus tomatillo salsa, or pico de gallo.
A TASTE OF THAILAND
Two chefs prepare pad thai and fresh spring rolls to order at this fragrant Station. Guests will choose from chicken, beef, shrimp of tofu and the traditional Thai condiments of peanuts, lime, cilantro, and sriracha chili sauce.
ITALIAN CHARCUTERIE STATION
Prosciutto, salumi, bresola, and copa are all sliced to order and served with an assortment of Italian cheeses, olives, pepperoncini, and grissini.
