THE YOGURT PARFAIT BUFFET

your guests have the choice of vanilla or fruit yogurt, housemade granola, sultanas, dried fruits, walnuts, or macerated berries.

THE OMELET ACTION STATION

choose from crispy bacon, sausage, diced ham, mushroom, cheddar cheese, onion, peppers, and jalapeno all Sauteed to order and combined with farm fresh eggs. (egg beaters available upon request)

HOUSE CURED LOX STATION

Chefs toast mini bagels an a hot griddle and carve from a whole side of house cured salmon.

Guests choose from capers, chopped egg, tomato, lemon aioli, red onion, and roasted garlic schmear.
